Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical
practice involving the application of pressure to specific points
on the feet, ears, and hands. This is done using thumb, finger,
and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion.
Manipulation of the body's soft tissue to stimulate circulation
and promote relaxation. Acupressure and massage of the ears,
hands, and feet. Pressure, lengthening, and stretching of the
muscles to promote healing. Release of muscle tension, restoration
of balance and increasing range of motion. This is done with the
intent of providing relaxation, improving medical conditions and
reducing the need for prescription medication.
Therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. It
is also called pre-natal massage. This massage is given in a
comfortable side-line position while snuggling with pillows,
soothing lower back and sciatic discomfort
Focuses on the needs of the athlete. Releases muscle tension and
restores balance. this is a combination of massage and stretch
targeting specific muscle groups.
Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle
